Information submitted through the contact form is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

If you contact DEXLIT by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and deal with any related questions.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and DEXLIT's legitimate interest in handling business communications.

Information submitted through the website, by email or by telephone is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and deal with any reasonable follow-up matters.

If an inquiry leads to a quotation, order or contract, relevant information may be retained for the applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal retention periods.

Information that is no longer required and is not subject to a legal retention obligation will be securely deleted.

The website offers access to a 3D and augmented-reality experience provided through Sector51 at https://ar.sector51.de.

The Sector51 experience is not loaded automatically when you visit the DEXLIT website. It is loaded only when you actively choose to open or activate it.

When you activate the experience, your browser establishes a direct connection with Sector51. Sector51 may then receive technical information such as:

On compatible devices, the augmented-reality function may request access to your camera, motion sensors or other device functionality. Access is subject to the permissions you select on your device.

The legal basis for loading the external experience is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where information is stored on or accessed from your device, the legal basis is also Section 25(1) TDDDG.

You may withdraw your consent by closing the external experience and not activating it again. Information already processed by Sector51 is subject to Sector51's own privacy information and applicable law.

The website uses Goldman, DM Sans and JetBrains Mono.

These fonts are hosted locally as part of the website. Your browser does not need to connect to Google Fonts or another external font provider to display them.

Images and videos displayed directly on the website are hosted within the website's own technical infrastructure.

Technical information may be processed by the hosting and content-delivery providers when these files are requested by your browser. This processing takes place for the same purposes and on the same legal basis described in the hosting section of this policy.

The website contains a link to DEXLIT's Instagram profile and may contain links to other third-party websites.
